Hardware warranty, software licence and support:

Hardware bought from us always has the warranty provided by its manufacturer.

The software licence that comes with Nemo3D (or any of its options) entitles you to use it for your own purposes indefinitely. It does not entitle you however to change the code in any way without our prior written consent.

Bug fixes, new versions and e-mail support are always free for those buying the annual support option. The first six months of support is free with any licence. If, after this six month period you wish to sign the support contract, its price is €1.000 for a full Nemo3D licence and €700 for a runtime licence annually.

This support contract is of course optional but we will do our best to prove to you that it is worth every penny.
